Forever Young by Alphaville! With Lyrics Lets dance in style, lets dance for a while. Heaven can wait were only watching the skies. Hoping for the best but expecting the worst. Are you gonna drop the bomb or not? Let us die young or let us live forever. We dont have the power but we never say never. Sitting in a sandpit, life is a short trip. The music's for the sad men. Can you imagine when this race is won. Turn our golden faces into the sun. Praising our leaders were getting in tune. The musics played by the madmen. Forever young, I want to be forever young. Do you really want to live forever? forever and ever. Forever young, I want to be forever young. Do you really want to live forever? for ever young. Some are like water, some are like the heat. Some are a melody and some are the beat. Sooner or later they all will be gone. Why dont they stay young? Its so hard to get old without a cause. I dont want to perish like a fading horse. Youth is like diamonds in the sun. And diamonds are forever. So many adventures couldnt happen today. So many songs we forgot to play. So many dreams are swinging out of the blue. We let them come true. Forever young, I want to be forever young. Do you really want to live forever? forever and ever. Forever young, I want to be forever young. Do you really want to live forever? forever and ever. Forever young, I want to be forever young. Do you really want to live forever? forever.

Youth ministry is one of the most rewarding professions in the world. But it also can be exhausting, overwhelming, captivating, tedious, energizing, demanding, draining, and stressful. Are you prepared? Veteran youth workers and consultants Mark DeVries and Jeff Dunn-Rankin want you to succeed—whether you're trying to land your first youth ministry role, wishing you had more love for the job you already hold, or seeking strategies to lock in your dream job. That's why they've written The Indispensable Youth Pastor—to peel back the curtain and reveal the truths about youth ministry. They want you to understand and prepare for the unique challenges that accompany this calling. Otherwise, you're likely to be blindsided and overwhelmed by situations that a well-prepared youth worker will handle with ease. This book provides tools that will help you stay in the game of youth ministry for as long as God has called you and insights that can literally transform the way you approach your next (or current) role. Don't become a statistic—another person who leaves youth ministry prematurely, burned out from ministry and the church altogether. Make yourself indispensable by following the path toward landing, loving, and locking in your dream youth ministry job. Chapter topics include: Developing a search timeline that works Where to hunt for youth ministry openings Why acquaintances aid your search more than friends Why the Jones Memorial Carpet matters Initiating change without killing your ministry Helping people embrace the ministry's vision Living a life that has balance and priorities Learning to love the parts of your job you dislike Learn More: http://www.simplyyouthministry.com/resources-adult-leaders-development-the-indispensable-youth-pastor.html Mark DeVries is the founder of Youth Ministry Architects (ymarchitects.com), a consulting team specializing in working with youth ministries in transition. Mark is the author of Sustainable Youth Ministry and Family-Based Youth Ministry, and, since 1986, he has served as the Associate Pastor for Youth and Their Families at First Presbyterian Church in Nashville, Tennessee. Jeff Dunn-Rankin is Vice President of Consulting for Youth Ministry Architects. Since the late 90s, he has also been the Director of Youth at Christ United Methodist Church in Venice, Florida. Other writing projects include his GROUP Magazine column and co-writing Before You Hire a Youth Pastor with Mark DeVries. The world's leading raw, vegan Chef revealed the real Fountain of Youth and provided a wakeup call that if you are sick, or not feeling well, it's probably of your own doing. Starting as a traditionally trained chef, Chef Kenney had his first restaurant in New York by the time he was 28 years old, focusing on regional Mediterranean cooking. After a journey through Foie Gras and Strip Steak, and being named one of the Ten Best New Chefs in America by Food and Wine magazine, he realized that the greatest use of his talent was to develop and prepare whole foods that were alive and healthful. Now, in addition to serving life-giving, gourmet food, Matthew has become the world's leading raw, vegan Chef and also educates both people who are looking for a better life through health and wellness as well as new chefs from around the world at his academy. Public Enemy Official Site: http://www.publicenemy.com/ Get Public Enemy's Music: http://www.amazon.com/Public-Enemy/e/B000APZO1A/ref=ntt_mus_gen_pel & http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewArtist?id=36954 Public Enemy, also known as PE, is an influential hip hop group from Long Island, New York, known for its politically charged lyrics and criticism of the American media, with an active interest in the frustrations and concerns of the African American community. In 2004, Rolling Stone Magazine ranked Public Enemy number forty-four on its list of the Immortals: 100 Greatest Artists of All Time. Acclaimed Music ranks them the 29th most recommended musical act of all time and the highest hip-hop group. The group was inducted into the Long Island Music Hall of Fame in 2007. Chuck D put out a tape to promote WBAU (the radio station where he was working at the time) and to fend off a local mc who wanted to battle him. He called the tape Public Enemy #1 because he felt like he was being persecuted by people in the local scene. This was the first reference to the notion of a public enemy in any of Chuck D's songs. The single was created by Chuck D with a contribution by Flavor Flav, though this was before the group Public Enemy was officially assembled. According to Chuck, The S1W, which stands for Security of the First World, "represents that the black man can be just as intelligent as he is strong. It stands for the fact that we're not third-world people, we're first-world people; we're the original people [of the earth]." On the track "Louder Than a Bomb" from It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back, Chuck D reveals that the D in his nickname stands for Dangerous. Developing his talents as an MC with Flavor Flav while delivering furniture for his father's business, Chuck D (Carlton Douglas Ridenhour) and Spectrum City, as the group was called, released the record "Check out the Radio," backed by "Lies," a social commentary—both of which would influence RUSH Productions' Run-D.M.C. and Beastie Boys. The group was signed to the still developing Def Jam Recordings record label after co-founder Rick Rubin heard Chuck D freestyling on a demo. Around 1986, Bill Stephney, the former Program Director at WBAU, was approached by Rubin and offered a position with the label. Stephney accepted, and his first assignment was to help Rubin sign Chuck D, whose song "Public Enemy Number One" he had heard from Andre "Doctor Dré" Brown. According to the book The History of Rap Music by Cookie Lommel, "Stephney thought it was time to mesh the hard-hitting style of Run DMC with politics that addressed black youth. Chuck recruited Spectrum City, which included Hank Shocklee, his brother Keith Shocklee, and Eric "Vietnam" Sadler, collectively known as the Bomb Squad, to be his production team and added another Spectrum City partner, Professor Griff, to become the group's Minister of Information. With the addition of Flavor Flav and another local mobile DJ named Terminator X, the group Public Enemy was born." Public Enemy opened for The Beastie Boys on some of their East Coast concerts, including Philadelphia, Newark and Brooklyn. Further info at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Public_Enemy_(band)
