My next Apple product review is a product that I purchased to go side by side with my wireless keyboard, and that is the Magic Trackpad. While not a necessity by any means, it does have it's place in the desktop world, and I really enjoy it already. While using it with Mac OS X is far superior, it does work with Windows 7 as well, and I do a brief walk through of the process that I used to get it running. **Update - When you find the file "Binary.AppleWirelessTrackpad_Bin" within the Boot Camp 3.2 files, just add the extension ".exe" to the end of the file to make it "Binary.AppleWirelessTrackpad_Bin.exe" and execute it. This will install everything for you and get the 2 finger gestures working (scroll)...some times it works to read up on what others have done...oops! Apple updated their keyboard, mouse and trackpad today. All three now contain rechargeable lithium ion batteries and charge via a lightning adapter included in the box. The new Magic Keyboard becomes similar to that of the new MacBook, while the Magic Mouse 2 doesn’t change much other than the rechargeable batteries. The Magic Trackpad 2 changes the most adding force touch, and we will take a look at that in a later video when it arrives. Apple has made some interesting choices with these devices and we take a first hand look at them. In this video I unbox the Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse 2, pair them to my computer, and give you my initial review of the devices. A brief unboxing and setup of the latest Apple Magic products, released October 2015. Issues noticed at launch: The latest version of Yosemite does not recognize the products. It treats the mouse as the very old apple wireless mouse, so no magic mouse features, and it treats the keyboard as a regular bluetooth keyboard, so no function key actions.
