Workout Plan to GAIN WEIGHT for Women

Please READ this box for more info. Best exercises to GAIN WEIGHT for skinny women. This workout plan is based on full body Compound Exercises. Compound exercises are those that involve more than one joint and muscle group. They are more efficient and effective for muscle growth. Method: 10 exercises, 4 sets per exercises, 45 -- 60 seconds of rest in between sets. Set 1 - Choose weight that will be manageable for 12 reps. Set 2 - Increase the weight slightly to which you can only accomplish 10 reps. Set 3 - Increase the weight even more to which you can only accomplish 8 reps. Set 4 - For the final set, lift even heavier weight to reach failure at 6 reps. Workout Schedule: Only 3 - 4 times weekly on alternate days. *It is important to know that it is NOT in the gym you achieve growth, it is when you rest and recover. Hence, a full workout day should be followed by a rest day to assure full recovery and growth. Workout Duration: No more than 60 minutes per session. Progression: Perform these exercises for 4 - 6 weeks. As you progress, lift even heavier weights and increase to 5 or 6 sets per exercise. Most of us would like to START exercising but we do not know Where or How to start, hence we lose motivation after a month of not seeing results plus boredom. The video will tell you EVERYTHING you need to know in starting a successful Workout Plan, to keep you motivated, and most importantly to achieve your GOALS! For example how many days should I workout? How long for? How many repetitions and sets should I perform? What time of the day is best to workout? What exercises should I perform to lose weight? How long should I rest in between each set? How hard should I push myself? When will I see results? How important is my food intake? All these questions will be answered in this video plus more nutritional and motivational tips as we work towards your goal in the next 8 weeks. I've called the 8-week challenge the 'Fit & Feminine' workout! Just like most of you, I want to be fit but still feminine looking at the same time (not too muscular eh!) There are 2 plans for you to choose from: a) 3-day Workout Plan b) 5-day Workout Plan Both workout plans are as below. Please feel free to write them down and go through my 'Workout With Me' videos to perform these exercises. You may adjust the days according to what suits you best so long as you stick to exercising for either 3 or 5 days. They can be performed both in the gym or at home. Full Strength / Weight Training Plan for Women

Please READ this box for more Info. This is a Full 6 Weeks Weight Training Plan to help reduce your body fat and lean up. Instead of the traditional strength training, this workout plan is based on Supersets. Superset training is designed to increase your metabolic rate, heart rate and tone the muscles by decreasing the rest period between sets. Please watch the video for the full workout and step by step guidance. Benefits of Superset Training: 1) Increase your Metabolic Rate 2) Increase your Heart Rate 3) Greater Calories Burned 4) Greater Afterburn 5) Reduce Body Fat 6) Leaner Body Weight Training Goal: Reduced Body Fat & Leaner Body in 6 weeks! Method: One superset has 2 exercises. Perform 10 repetitions for each exercise. Do the 2 exercises listed together with no rest in between, and repeat each superset for a total of 3 rounds. Once you have completed the 1st superset, continue with the next superset with no more than 1-minute rest time in between supersets. There are a total of 4 supersets for each workout session. Workout Schedule: 4 times weekly (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday) *If you can't fit 4 times in, do 3 times or 2 times at minimum. Workout Duration: Approximately 30 minutes to complete. Equipments: Dumbbells 1) A pair of light weight between 2-4kgs each. 2) A pair of medium weight at 5-7kgs each. For best Results: 1) Stick closely to this workout plan (especially the short rest time) 2) Eat a clean and balanced diet. 3) Perform 20 - 30 minutes of cardio at the end of each session. Additional Tips: 1) You may record the weights you used at the start of the plan, and at the end of 6 weeks, increase the weights slightly to prevent plateau. 2) Take a picture of yourself prior to starting the plan, this way, you can compare and see the results after 6 weeks. 3) Always keep yourself hydrated before, during and after the workout. 4) Set up the exercises prior to performing them. This way, you don't waste any time preparing the exercises while working out. 5) For those who are new to this workout, you can start with 2 rounds per superset and increase it to 3 rounds as you get stronger. This is a great workout to burn some calories and a great exercise to kickstart the year if you haven't done much exercise during the holiday period. I haven't worked out for two weeks since it was hard to find a gym or find time to workout when I'm overseas. Going back to the gym tomorrow! This is an at home whole body workout routine that is great to burn some fats. Remember to keep clean and hydrate well and also sleep well if you're trying to lose some weight. Have fun working out. This is a great one for beginners and also if you have been doing quite a bit oh my hiit exercises and want something a bit easier. It tends to be quite hard to get a hang of working out after a break so this is a great start. You can also make it more challenging my doing the reps more quickly so basically do it fast and also big range of motion. I repeated these same workouts for the first 6 months of my weight loss journey until getting my first "Big Gym" membership.. Obviously most (if not all) these moves were much harder than I may make them look. GOOD news is there's variations/modifications for pretty much everything I showed you in this video. My current workouts are a bit more intense with HIIT incorporated as I am still doing my best to get the rest of this extra baby weight off as well as lose a total of about 25-30 more lbs before getting my skin removed.
