I'm trying to get a new job so I'd thought I'd share some of my very helpful advice so that when you apply for these types of stores, you do it the right way. BUT if you make a mistake, it's okay, because you'll learn! A boutique is a smaller version of a retail store and typically ran by a smaller management. Also, boutiques typically have shorter applications and they're usually outdated and ask short, quick questions—they'll look completely different than retail applications. This matters because it tells you about their standards and management. Everything they do is supposed to be utmost perfect and professional, if not, it's not a good sign. •TIP: Go into the store and check to see if you'd obviously like to work there. Is there customers? (However, retail stores are usually very slow, very few people an hour) What type? How many? Are the workers nice? How old are they? Can you spot the weakest and strongest employees? How many people work there? What's their attitude? Do they look like they're getting paid $17-$25?? If not, expect subpar pay and mediocre service. •TIP: The amount you get paid by a store can differ among many reasons: high traffic and popular brand = more money. Or very well-known brand and expensive merchandise with loyal, affluent customers = more money. However, pay can differ depending on your skill level/qualifications, the stores revenue, employee count, management/corporate and conversion. •TIP: Sadly, expect the employees to ignore you and not wait on you. They're either busy, don't care about you or forgot. •TIP: If you are related to someone at a store you are applying to, they will not hire you. But if you do have a family member there that doesn't have the same name, don't fucking tell them. My shocking experience with Chanel customer service was so cringe-worthy that I just had to share it, as it started off bad and then just got worse! Open for yummy hot chocolate recipe mentioned... Belgian Hot Chocolate for 1 Use your desired cup to measure the liquid. Fill the cup up 3/4 with milk of your choice, and then fill the remaining 1/4 with heavy cream. Pour into a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer. Add 2 tbsp of dutch cocoa powder, and 2 squares of chocolate of choice, as well as 2 tbsp of sweetener (I like cane sugar or maple syrup). Whisk until everything is combined, about 3 minutes. Top with a little cinnamon or marshmallows or nothing at all and enjoy! The institute conducts extensive research on affluent consumer behaviors. One of Pedraza's key findings is that today's luxury consumers have countless options for desirable products, placing more value on experiences. "To earn credibility among luxury customers, brands not only have to offer the best products, but they must also be kind and provide an overall positive purchasing experience," said Pedraza. "The opportunity for luxury brands not only lies in out-performing the competition, but also out-behaving the competition."

And, I attended fashion schools and have experience as a PR intern for the Luxury Haute Couture Fashion House called Stacey Strahand. So, I studied the luxury fashion professionally from school and learnt the customers who buy luxury products from the internship. So, I have good knowledges of fashion and are willing to help the Gucci sales team with the skills from my past work experiences and my academic background. I believe I have key skills and experiences that Gucci is looking for as a sales assistant such as customer service, product knowledge, international mindset and so on.
