Huge reaction to Kate Middleton OMG photos!

00:21
See the Pictures that French Magazine Closer calls OMG! Britain's Duke & Duchess of Cambridge have filed a lawsuit against Closer for printing photos of what appears to be Kate, sunbathing topless. Blurry, long-lens shots of Kate, taken while she and William were on vacation in Provence, in the south of France last week, were printed in the gossip magazine on Friday. A statement from the palace said the pair were "hugely saddened" by the publication, adding that William and Kate "had every expectation of privacy in the remote house" where they were sunbathing at the time the pictures were taken. According to a report in Reuters, Closer's editor-in-chief Laurence Pieau defended the "beautiful series" of photos. "There's been an over-reaction to these photos. What we see is a young couple, who just got married, who are very much in love, who are splendid," Pieau told French BFM television, adding that the magazine had more 'intimate' shots from the same series that it chose not to publish.

French Closer mag banned: no more topless Kate pics

01:52
The French version of the magazine Closer has been banned from publishing online or in print, any more of those topless pictures of the Duchess of Cambridge. Lawyers representing her and her husband, Prince William, were successful in arguing a civil case, they sought around £4,000 in damages and asked for the original images to be handed over to them. Difficulty is of course the magazine doesn't own the original photos. The man who took them is believed to be in hiding. Catherine Middleton was photographed sunbathing on a balcony while on holiday with the Duke. The shots were taken with a telephoto lens from the road, a kilometre away from the terrace of the chateau where they were staying. Crowds flocked to see the young royals leaving the Solomon Islands to Tuvalu, on what will be their last day of a South East Asian Queen's Diamond Jubilee tour. The couple have been doing their best to ignore the intense media scrutiny since the photos were released. Those representing French Closer magazine in court defended the publication, saying photos like this don't shock people anymore. If the magazine owners decide to ignore the injunction, they will be fined around £8,000 for every day they refuse to surrender all their copies of the images of Catherine. They also have to pay the royal couple around £1,600 in legal fees. Although French Closer won't be allowed to republish the images, it stills leave the matter of the 50 page special in its Italian sister magazine, Chi, and the fact that the pictures are now widely available for free online. A criminal inquiry has also been started today to find out whether, under French law, the Royal couple's right to privacy has been breached.

Closer editor defends topless Duchess pictures

01:25
The editor of French celebrity gossip magazine Closer says she did not run the most explicit pictures of the Duchess of Cambridge, choosing instead to run a series of topless images which she says are inoffensive. In her first public comments since arousing global attention by running a series of pictures of the Duchess removing her bikini on the front page of the magazine and across several pages inside, Laurence Pieau said initial reactions had been over-dramatic. She said the publication was a good news story and nothing similar to the pictures published two weeks earlier of Britain's Prince Harry, who was seen naked hugging a naked woman in a Las Vegas hotel. Closer editor faces royal lawyers over Kate topless pics

02:22
Lawyers representing the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are expected to appear in a court in Paris today to face the editor of Closer, the French magazine, which published topless photos of Catherine. They'll be arguing a criminal case for the breach of the Royals' privacy and they will be seeking a ban on the sale of the magazine, which has sparked worldwide controversy, ever since the Italian version of Closer first bought the pictures and the French one followed suit. Laurence Pieau, Editor-in-Chief, argued that the lack of security - which allowed the photos to be taken in the first place - is the bigger issue, rather than an invasion of privacy. As for legal action against the publication, she said: 'We'll see what happens', adding that she didn't publish the most degrading pictures, only those which showed 'a wonderful couple in love'. "We decided to publish these pictures in the French Closer because we thought these pictures are not shocking. For us, these pictures are the picture of a wonderful couple which is in love and nothing else." News of the photos dominated the British weekend headlines with many people astonished that any publication would want to profit from such tasteless photos. The editors' actions have echoes of the constant and over the top media intrusion that Prince William's mother, Diana, faced. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have already said they are 'very angered' in that regard. Meanwhile there's more fallout on this side of the Channel regarding the controversial pictures. The co-owner of The Irish Daily Star, Richard Desmond (who also owns The Express and the Daily Star newspapers in England), is said to be 'furious' and will cut ties with the title and is taking steps to have it shut down. The Duke and Duchess meanwhile are still enjoying their 9-day long public Diamond Jubilee engagement in South East Asia, which is coming to an end. They gave away nothing of their feelings of anger or frustration over the current situation. In fact they seemed on top form exploring the humid jungle as they toured the Danum Valley Conservation area in Borneo. Written and presented by Marverine Cole.

PHOTOS DE KATE MIDDLETON SEINS NUS : AMENDES MAXIMALES POUR CLOSER CONFIRMÉES

01:42

Topless Kate middleton pictures: Duke and duchess sue French magazine Closer

00:46
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have launched legal action against the French magazine Closer over its publication of topless pictures of the duchess, Clarence House has said. The celebrity gossip magazine printed pictures of the duchess taken during the couple's private holiday in France. A royal spokesman said the legal proceedings had been launched in France and were for breach of privacy. Closer's editor says the couple were "visible from the street". "These photos are not in the least shocking. They show a young woman sunbathing topless, like the millions of women you see on beaches," said Laurence Pieau. She described the reaction as "a little disproportionate". The magazine's website says the pictures are of the couple "like you have never seen them before. Gone are the fixed smiles and the demure dresses. On holiday Kate forgets everything." French publication Closer printed the pictures of the duchess A royal spokesman said: "St James's Palace confirms that legal proceedings for breach of privacy have been commenced today in France by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge against the publishers of Closer Magazine France." The BBC's Nicholas Witchell said he had rarely seen such a level of publicly expressed anger over such an incident, and this anger reflected William's feelings on the matter. Our correspondent said that the prince had a "look of absolute thunder" on his face as they left Kuala Lumpur - a stop on their nine-day tour of South East Asia - to travel to Sabah in north Borneo. Kate, meanwhile, "looked composed and was smiling", he said. The duke and duchess, who were staying at the French chateau of the Queen's nephew, Lord Linley, "have been hugely saddened to learn that a French publication and a photographer have invaded their privacy in such a grotesque and totally unjustifiable manner", a spokesman for Clarence House, the Prince of Wales's office, said earlier. British newspapers were offered photographs last week but turned them down. The Sun - the only British publication to publish recent pictures of Prince Harry naked - said it had no intention of publishing the images. "The circumstances are very different to those relating to the photos of Prince Harry in Las Vegas. As we said at the time, he was at a party in a hotel suite with a large group of strangers and one of those present released a photograph into the public domain," said the Sun's editor Dominic Mohan.

Analysis of French court ruling on Kate topless photos

02:31
(5 Sep 2017) A French court on Tuesday fined photographers and gossip magazine executives over topless photos of the Duchess of Cambridge. The court also ordered the defendants to pay damages to Kate and her husband Prince William, but the amount was significantly lower than that sought by the royal family. Kensington Palace said Tuesday that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are pleased with the ruling and consider the matter now closed. The court in a Paris suburb ruled that three photographers and three newspaper executives invaded the privacy of the duchess by taking and publishing the photos. Two executives of French gossip magazine Closer were each given the maximum 45,000 euros (53,500 US dollars) fine for such an offense. In addition, the two executives, along with two photographers working with a celebrity photo agency, were collectively ordered to pay 50,000 euros (59,500 US dollars) in damages to Kate and the same amount to William. The amount is far below the about 1.5 million euros in damages sought by the royal couple. Lawyer Christopher Mesnooh said the court awarded the damages in line with the French legal system. The couple, who didn't attend the verdict, had filed a complaint after the photos were published in Closer and a regional newspaper in 2012, the year after their wedding. The pictures of Kate were taken with telephoto lenses while she and her husband apparently were sunbathing on a patio at a private estate in France's southern Provence region. French Court Upholds Magazine's Fines Of Topless Kate Middleton

00:42
Channel24.co.za reports A French court of appeals has upheld a ruling that two directors of French celebrity magazine Closer should be fined a maximum $52 500 for breaching the privacy of Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, when publishing topless photos of her sunbathing back in 2012. On Wednesday, the Versailles appeals court upheld a decision from September 2017 in Nanterre to fine the publication's two directors the maximum possible, and the two photographers who snapped the duchess 10 000 Euro each. The damages were short of the $1.75m hoped for by the couple. https://www.channel24.co.za/Gossip/Royal-News/french-court-upholds-the-duchess-of-cambridges-topless-photos-fine-20180920 http://www.wochit.com This video was produced by YT Wochit News using http://wochit.com

Kate Middleton topless photos trial to reach a verdict TODAY as Royals sue Closer magazine

06:04
Kate Middleton topless photos trial to reach a verdict TODAY as Royals sue Closer magazine. A JUDGEMENT is due today on whether France’s Closer magazine should pay up to £1.4million in damages to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge for violating their privacy. It was almost five years ago that six people went on trial at a court in Nanterre, west Paris, over the long-lens images of Kate sunbathing on a terrace in September 2012. The photos were taken as Kate holidayed with Prince William at a private chateau in Provence, southern France, and were published on the front and inside pages of France's Closer magazine with the headline “Oh my God!”. The judgment comes a day after it was announced that Kate and William are expecting a third child. Presiding judge Florence Lasserre-Jeannin is expected to deliver her verdict at the Tribunal de Grande Instance de Nanterre. The six defendants deny the charges. They are linked to Closer Magazine and the regional newspaper La Provence which published photographs of Kate in her swimwear. Ernesto Mauri, 70, chief executive of publishing group Mondadori which produces Closer, faces one charge of using a document obtained by a breach of privacy, as does Marc Auburtin, 57, who was La Provence's publishing director at the time. Laurence Pieau, 51, editor of Closer magazine in France, is charged with complicity. Agency photographers Cyril Moreau, 32, and Dominique Jacovides, 59, and La Provence photographer Valerie Suau, 53, are accused of invading privacy and complicity. Paul-Albert Iweins, representing Closer, argued the photos did not constitute a breach of privacy and cast the young couple in a positive light. The Royal couple’s French barrister Jean Veil told the court William and Kate suffered hugely from the pictures. He said they deserved the damages and compensation to add to “significant fines” against the accused. In a statement read to the court, William, 34, branded the decision to publish topless photographs of his wife “particularly shocking”, given his late mother’s battles with paparazzi. One image showing William rubbing sun cream into his wife’s skin is said to have been particularly upsetting for the couple. The verdict is due 1:30pm French time which is 12:30pm in the UK.

William and Kate waving from a boat STORYLINE The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge continued their tour of the South Pacific on Monday, as lawyers for the royal couple sought legal action against the publication of topless images of William's wife Kate. The royal couple arrived in the Solomon Islands on Sunday; part of a tour of Singapore, Malaysia and the South Pacific. But their travels have been overshadowed by the publication of paparazzi snaps in the French magazine Closer of Kate sunbathing topless during a holiday at a private villa in the south of France. A spokeswoman for St. James's Palace said the couple's lawyers would file a complaint with French prosecutors on Monday against the unidentified photographer or photographers involved. The palace said it would be up to French prosecutors to decide whether to investigate and pursue a criminal case for breach of privacy or trespassing. On Monday Italian gossip magazine, Chi, published a 26-page spread of the photos. Many were the same as those first published by Closer. Both Closer and Chi are owned by former Italian Premier Silvio Berlusconi's Mondadori publishing house. Lawyers for the royal couple are due in a civil court in Paris later on Monday to seek an injunction against Mondadori to prevent further dissemination of the images, which were also reproduced over the weekend by an Irish tabloid. No British publication has run the pictures. An Italian magazine has pushed through with its promise to publish the topless photos of the Duchess of Cambridge in a special 26-page edition. Chi, which has the same owners as French Closer, the first magazine to publish the images, featured the grainy photos along with a series of articles on topics such as, "Kate's breasts, natural or fake?" The publication also complimented Kate's "practically perfect" physique. The magazine's editor Alfonso Signorini argued that the pictures represented "extraordinary reportage".

Celebrity gossip magazine Closer was among the publications that ran the pictures and its owner and editor each received the maximum fine of €45,000. The pictures were taken with a long-lens camera while the couple was on holiday at a private residence in the Luberon region of Provence. In all, si… READ MORE : http://www.euronews.com/2017/09/05/william-and-kate-win-damages-over-topless-photos What are the top stories today? Kate Middleton Topless: French Court Blocks Photos

A French court on Tuesday ruled firmly on the Duchess of Cambridge topless photos scandal. French gossip magazine Closer must stop distributing its current edition and hand over the original photos. The ruling was handed down at a courthouse in Paris. Counsel for both parties are unavailable for comment. A separate criminal investigation is underway by another French Court. Prince William and Catherine complain that their privacy was breached when the photographer snapped the pictures of them sunbathing. This may be grounds for criminal charges against both the photographer and the magazine. Closer is published by Italy's Mondadori group, owned by Silvio Berlusconi. Court orders French magazine to stop distributing topless photos of Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge. Full Story: Buckingham Palace calls the photos a 'grotesque' invasion of privacy. Topless Kate, 2 Massacres and an Initiation (Part 1-4)

14:48
Part 1 looks a number of anomalies which would suggest the whole dam thing was staged! Including William's Masonic handshake with Burlisconi, licensee of Closer Magazine. It is owned by Bauer, a family company set up in Germany in 1875, big coincidence Im sure, but Mayer Amschel Bauer set up the worlds most famous banking dynasty, also in Germany in the 1800's! He later changed the family name to Rothschild! You scratch the surface just a little with these people and you would not believe the can of worms that opens! Part 2 looks at the murders that occurred just up the road from where William and Kate were staying when the topless pics were taken. Saad al-Hilli, his wife and Mother-in-Law were shot execution style in the heads, a French Cyclist Sylvian Mollier was also shot dead. Saad's daughter Zeena survived unharmed as she hid under her Mothers skirt. His other daughter Zainab was pistol whipped, shot, and left for dead. The ex RAF man who came on the scene said the engine was running and he had to smash the drivers window to turn the engine off....so how did 7 year old Zainab get out of the car? Also just 18 miles from where Kate and Wills were staying, the Drummond family met a similar fate as the Hilli's. Sir Jack Drummond, his wife Anne and 10 year old daughter ELIZABETH, also on a camping holiday, were all executed on the banks of the River Durance. Like the Hilli's, Elizabeth was found 77m from the car and the bodies of Jack and Anne, she also had been beaten around the head with the butt of the gun before they shot her! Now whats the chances? Even more extraordinary, they had set up camp on August 4 1952, which just happened to be the Queen Mothers 52nd birthday, and was 60 years to the day before William's baptism! This year on the 4th August 12 year old Tia Sharp was murdered, and 10 years previous also on August 4 the 2 Soham girls were murdered! (Tia disappeared on August 3, the 4th is the most likely date of her death) You would not believe the coincidences I uncovered while making this! When I started the first vid I thought one short vid should cover all I had, but once the can of worms was opened more and more coincidences uncovered themselves! Part 3: How does this all tie in? On close examination of the topless pics I realised the whole dam thing was some kind of initiation that they played out for all the world to see. The railings that kate was behind were made up of Pyramid shapes, near ever shot showed her left breast within a pyramid, and her thick black sunglasses looked like a blindfold. In the Masonry, Witchcraft and other secret societies, they are initiated blindfolded, the left breast is pricked 3 times to remind them of their vows of secrecy and allegiance to the group. In Masonry it is pricked with a compass, in Witchcraft a sword. The day the global press covered the topless pics, Kate and William were in Malaysia and were presented with a sword! Now whats the chances? Sandra Barr

Kate Middleton 'saddened' by topless pictures

01:29
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's royal tour of Malaysia has been overshadowed by the publication in French Closer magazine of semi-naked photographs taken while they were on a private holiday in France. Prince William and his wife Kate put on brave faces as they visited Assyakirin mosque in Kuala Lumpur on Friday as part of their Asia Pacific tour. The royal couple are said to be "hugely saddened" to learn that their privacy has been invaded "in such a grotesque and totally unjustifiable manner". St James's Palace said "a red line has been crossed" by the publication of the paparazzi shots, and lawyers in France are now being consulted over what action can be taken against the magazine and the photographer. Criminal Complaint Over Topless Kate Photos

02:23
Lawyers for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will lodge a criminal complaint with the French prosecutor on Monday over topless pictures taken of the Duchess. "The complaint concerns the taking of photographs of the The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge whilst on holiday and the publication of those photographs in breach of their privacy." Duchess of Cambridge Closer magazine France's Closer was the first to publish the topless photos More publications plan to print the photographs, but officials say the couple remain focused on their Diamond Jubilee tour, which landed in the Solomon Islands on Sunday. As the group of islands has no military, the couple instead inspected an Honour Guard made up of the Royal Solomon Islands Police Force. It is the first country visited by the couple during their tour where the Queen is head of state. Back home, a St James' Palace spokesman described a decision by the Irish Daily Star to publish the topless photographs as motivated "by greed". The royals' condemnation came as the future of the Irish newspaper became uncertain after its co-owner, Northern and Shell, which prints the Star and Express titles in the UK, said it would end its joint venture with the Dublin tabloid in protest at the publication.
Kate Middleton topless photos: the royals fight back

02:18
Poor Kate Middleton! Prince William's wife was mortified after French magazine Closer published photos of her sunbathing topless. Luckily the Duchess of Cambridge has the royal family on her side and they are not going to go down without a fight. They've lawyered up and are planning on making a criminal complaint against the photographer who took the photos. Prince Harry's little naked mishap happened only weeks ago, but this is a whole new caliber of low. Not only was Kate on private property, but as many as 50 photographs of the princess in various states of undress were snapped and sold to the tabloids. Media outlets cannot help but relate this to Princess Diana's deadly struggle with the paparazzi. Prince William was quoted saying that he "won't let Kate suffer like my mother." The nightmare isn't over yet. Chi, an Italian magazine owned by Silvio Berlusconi, has just published a 26-page spread with even more photos. What do you think? Kate Middleton topless photos NOW BOTTOMLESS (see on description)

00:29
Kate BOTTOMLESS!!! - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-7XjLw0D_Cs or http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SHFh3Qz6n84 More photos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qbJzYLsS4OU Kate and William in Tuvalu: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Aa0unsjeS28 Kate Middleton and Prince William did the right thing by getting an injunction out against France's Closer magazine after the tabloid published topless photos of the busty brunette. Why? Because one paparazzi agency has a shed load more topless pictures of the British royal — and now they can't do anything with them. The snaps were allegedly taken when Kate was honeymoon, a source says. "We've got a ton of pictures that are much, much more revealing than what France's Closer magazine published recently," said one pap agency owner. "We've been sitting on them for a while.. we tried shopping them around when this batch of photos hit. We got lots of interest, but now no one will touch them because the injunction. "Interest was mainly from American tabloids. The British press wouldn't touch them."
