Pilates in general does not work the arms much so the toning effects are minimal in this area so adding some resistance can assist with this greatly. It also adds to upper body stability, helping the shoulder girdle core muscles to contract and support the whole shoulder girdle. Also by contracting through the ring this helps deepen the abdominal connection helping to layer up the muscles which support the spine. This video mainly concentrates on the abdominals, gluteals and arms. Notice: some of the movements aren't big movements, but you'll feel big effort if you really focus on them! Often you will learn how to do the traditionally-known Rocker: legs are about shoulders distance apart, with hands on the ankles. But many don't realize there is a part where you open and close your legs three times, and then a more advanced version where your legs are closed, you hold your feet, and you do the whole thing with your legs closed! In questo video vengono proposti una serie di esercizi per rinforzare e scolpire in modo completo tutto il corpo ma senza sollecitare le articolazioni, la schiena e il collo. Il magic circle pilates, ring circle o cerchio a resistenza è un anello di diametro di 40 cm composto da metallo rivestito. La flessibilità del cerchio permette di eseguire certi esercizi a movimento isometrico e isotonico. Posizionando il cerchio nella parte bassa o in quella alta del corpo è possibile far lavorare con molta intensità i vari distretti muscolari, migliorare l'equilibrio e la resistenza. Eseguire 3 round questo di allenamento a giorni alterni per 8 settimane consecutive. Chiudere sempre con qualche minuto di stretching. NOTE • Attrezzatura: tappetino, magic circle • 15 esercizi (1 round) • 30" allenamento 10" di pausa • Dai 40" ai 60" di pausa tra un round e l'altro • Eseguire 3 round a giorni alterni ESERCIZI: 1.
