Got to give a massive corporate presentation on Tuesday, thanks!
Laura Hulland (23 days ago)
Good video. We are told about telling a story and the repetition ie. Tell me what your telling me, tell me about it, tell me what you told me. The practice bit was the surprise though. I have a promotion presentation to do tuesday and ive done the presentation but was going to wing it on the day because i thought it would sound rehearsed if i went through it first. But now im going to present to anyone who will listen. Mine has to be to a panel amd at least 40 mins long... Gulp

This are amazing tips. I would like to add one more to these that will complement them. Use online technologies. For example, having a live poll in your presentation will help you be relatable, create graphics right on the stage based on the audience responses and will help them stay engaged, interested and motivated. The best live polling platform that I have used is SwiftPolling. I highly recommend using it ---> https://poll.excitem.com/s/api/v1/registration/signup.

Great points Dana Blouin and keeping it to seven certainly hits the memory mark, tell a story and be personable is so true, rely on your life experiences whatever age you are...we all love a story, some people say that a presentation is not about you but about the content, thats true to a point but we all remember that stand out person who shared a bit of their life with us or made us laugh or cry...use your voice, use your body and use the audience. Fantastic 7 minutes !
OK, no offence but that is a terrible shovel at 1:10 I know you can draw better then that, how did that end up in there??
