Alcohol IS a Drug, it IS THE deadliest Drug in the world, after Tobacco. Don't Take Drugs and Drive! The correct title should be: Effects of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol AND / OR OTHER Drugs. Alcohol is Europe's most taken Drug. Scary, if you think about it. It's the truth.
