Thank you! Precisely what i was looking for! Only thing is I have to do this in reverse where if the checkbox is clicked it should hide the form elements.

I have a question!!! pls. This video works for me, the problem is when I use the code for 2 checkboxes... How it would be the code for 2 checkboxes?? When I click on checkbox1, both bodies are showed. When I click on checkboc2, both bodies are showed, too.

This is not working for me.. the page loads with the field displayed first and then only after checking and un-checking the box is hiding or not the field.. I am not sure if I am doing anything wrong??
